Default A strange and funny build

Well I've been laughing at this for two days now. It could actually be good too.

8 Mes/Necs, with 16 Domination, 12 Blood, 8 Illusion.

Skills:

Blackout
Empathy
Energy Burn
Life Siphon
Life Transfer
Imagined Burdened
Shatter Enchantment
Clumsiness

Blanks can be anything. The idea is for each Mesmer to pick his own number on the opposite team. Such as 1 goes after 1, 2 goes after 2, ect. Then they start of with Blackout, followed by Empathy and Imagined Burderened. Life Siphon and Life Transfer after your second Blackout to drain their health. They really couldnt do anything except hit things with their wands/bows/swords/axes/hammers. Which would all do damage to them. Shatter Enchantment if they put an Enchantment on themselves before battle, and Clumsiness just for fun.

Thats sounds pretty cool, it would be a bit tricky to pull it off as everyone would have to attack a serperate target, it would be quite cool to see though, just imangine the mahem if there were two of those group that faced each other, I suppose the first people to cast would win.

Blackout disables your skills too, for almost as long as theirs. When do you cast all those spells? I think it may work better to do this with 8 war/mes. Each one picks out his own number from the enemy team, blacks it out indefinately, and beats it into submission. 1v1 with no skills involved the wars would own.

Blackout costs 10 mana, so the warriors wouldn't be very good at keeping it up all the time. Plus blackout is touch so if there's any crippling, such as barbed trap, going on, there's going to be several free players doing damage to your team that you won't be able to heal. Not to mention the inital confrontation... a spike team would be able to take down at least one mesmer before they got in melee range.

I think backfire would work better at the start for shutting down elementalists once they got in spell range. Then, close the distance and start the blackouts.

I'll give my two cents:

1. Blackout isn't a spell, it's a skill which means you have to touch the target in melee combat.
2. When your mana runs out, you're fried since you got no mana stealing spell.
3. I'd replace either "Blackout" or "Imagined Burden" to "Conjure Phantasm" ( you'll degen the enemy, don't think there's a limit on degen or ? )

There is a limit to degen, 10 arrows.
That build is worth a try, but you'd need a very good team. One slip up could cost you the game. Also, make sure to bring an interrupt and rez signets. Maybe it'd be better if you got 4 or 5 mesmers to focus on caster killing, and 3 or 4 mesmers on warrior/ranger killing. What you're trying to do is have every mesmer be a jack of all trades, but that could not work too well.
